Job description

As a senior engineer you will both take an active role in development projects and be able to function as technical support. Your task will include designwork as well as using your experience to guide colleagues.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:
· Cooperate with other company functions to set a product architecture that will be feasible for sourcing, manufacturing and sales.
· Find methods for manufacturing that will assure stable quality as well as low production cost.
· Take a leading role in the development of a new innovation development group.

Applicant qualifications

Should have:
· A degree from university, M.Sc Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 10 years experience from product development.
· Skills in structural mechanics and calculations
· Good knowledge of manufacturing methods

and preferably:
· Experience from manufacturing products in volumes of 20.000 units per year or more.
· Have worked with gears and transmissions.

· Able to share knowledge
